Crothersville FFA competes in district leadership contest

Crothersville Junior-Senior High School was represented at the District XI FFA leadership contest March 7 at Seymour High School.

Crothersville results were:

Kennadi Lakins, participated in the animal science demonstration

Kaylee Caudill, assistant

Ella Plasse, participated in prepared public speaking

Kaylyn Holman, participated in the animal science demonstration

Blake Robinson, second place in the Discovery Degree Quiz Bowl

Elijah Plasse, first place in the Discovery Degree demonstration and second place in the Discovery Degree Quiz Bowl

Zoe Spangler, third place in the food science demonstration

Evin Hoevener, participated in the freshman creed contest

Karley Gillis, first place in the extemporaneous public speaking contest and third place in the food science demonstration

Rebekah Cook, first place in traditional scrapbook and second place in multimedia scrapbook

Addison Davis, second place in the Discovery Degree Quiz Bowl

Brayden Crater, first place in the Discovery Degree demonstration and second place in the Discovery Degree Quiz Bowl

“Competing against 17 other chapters, these members did an outstanding job,” Adviser Linda Myers said.
