Chef Paul Andrew “Andy” Ent USMC Ret.

Paul was born on March 10, 1971 in Columbus Indiana. He entered his final resting place March 11, 2020 at 1647 hours at Stonecrest Medical Center In Smyrna Tennessee surrounded by his Loving Family!!

Chef Paul is survived by his Loving Wife Mirna Ent. Daughters: Claudia, Brandy, Jennifer & and Jasmin Isabel. His Parents John(Randy) and Patricia A Ent. Brothers John Robert “Haji” Ent, Christopher William (Melody) Ent. Grandkids: Bryan, Lilly, Jeremiah, Mia. And a slew of Loving Brother and Sister-in-law’s , Nieces and Nephew’s , Cousin.

He was proceeded in Death by His Grandparents: Omer Frank & Eva O Burkett & Paul Gray & Martha Ent. Uncles Capt. William Omer Burkett USAF , Robert W. Burkett, and Aunt Sue Bessler .

Paul was a Admirable Son, Incredible Brother and a Magnificent Uncle! But, above all he was a Truly Loving , Dedicated , Devoted Husband to the Ultimate Love of his Life! He was an extremely proud Veteran, History Enthusiasts especially the Civil War era. His Passion was his Culinary Career lasting over 3 decades where he made a lasting impact in the Nashville Restaurant Scene. His Accolades and Accomplishments are to lengthy to list. However, some of His greatest memories were on the road as a Tour Chef ! Especially the ones he created on the road with Eric Church and Crew that was a new family in itself who quickly adopted Chef Paul as one of their own!!
