Trinity falls to Charlestown

Charlestown outscored Trinity Lutheran 40-26 in the second half to defend their home gym for a 71-67 victory on Tuesday night.

Trinity Lutheran held a 41-32 advantage at the halftime break but was unable to hang on for the win and finish the regular season above .500.

Mitchell Hackman led the Cougars with 18 points, while Tyler Goecker tallied 16 points and 12 rebounds for the double-double. Jack Marksberry also netted double digits with 14, while Hudson Norton nabbed nine.

Josh Rowe scored six and Jacob Sabotin had four to round out the Trinity scoring.
