The Helping Hearts is hosting a formal dress event from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Feb. 22 in the cafetorium at Crothersville Community Schools, 109 N. Preston St.

Girls who attend Crothersville Junior-Senior High School and plan to go to the eighth grade dance or prom are invited to the event. Invitations will be sent home with the girls.

The dresses will be free for anyone who may need one.
