SEYMOUR

Mrs. Janet Carr, of Seymour, passed away Tuesday, February 11, 2020 at Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis. She was born in Seymour to the late Dale and Vera Ester Melton McDonald.

On August 3, 1969, Janet married Randall F. Carr, Sr.; he preceded her in death on May 14, 2019. She was a member of Tampico Christian Church.

Janet is survived by her grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Lindsey, Maddie, Jordan, Damon; great-grandson, Aiden; sisters, Patricia Roark, Sue Vaughn; daughters-in-law, Tammy Carr, Elizabeth Carr; several nieces and nephews as well as companion Antonio.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; sons, Shannon Dale Carr and Randall F. Carr, Jr.; and sister, Sara Jo Otte.

Memorials may be written to Tampico Christian Church or charity of choice, in care of Voss & Sons Funeral Service.

All arrangements were entrusted to the care of Voss & Sons Funeral Service. A private burial will be held at a later date.
