The Gamma Tau chapter of Delta Kappa Gamma Society will meet for the annual pitch-in dinner at 6 p.m. Tuesday at Central Christian Church, 1434 W. Second St., Seymour.

The chapter will be "Celebrating Friendships … Old and New." 

Jill Schneider Glover from Schneider Nursery will be the speaker. She will have information about new plants and flowers and getting things ready for spring planting.

Monetary donations will be directed to the new Jackson County Dog Shelter in honor of Glover to help equip the veterinary office that will be available for the county veterinarians to use when needed at the shelter.

To help with set up, those who cannot attend or plan to bring a guest are asked to call Theresa Rouse. Calls need to be made by 6 p.m. Friday.
