University of Southern Indiana in Evansville recently released its dean’s list for the fall 2019 semester.

Jackson County students named to the list include Cherokee Scott of Freetown, Rebecca Halcomb and Daniel Hartman of Seymour and Jolee Dean of Vallonia.

To be named to the dean’s list, undergraduate students must achieve a grade-point average of 3.5 or higher on a 4.0 system.

Provost Mohammed Khayum reported 2,304 undergraduates were named to the dean’s list.
