The Christmas Basket Fund grew to $10,810 on Saturday with two new donations totaling $150.

The new donations are:

• $100 In memory of Alex Barkes from family
• $50 In memory of Paul and Dorothy Ruddick and Lester and Hazel Wright from Michael and Pauline and family

Donations may be mailed to or dropped off at American Legion Post 89, The Tribune or any JCB branch.

The 74-year-old project, sponsored by American Legion Post 89 in Seymour, The Tribune and JCB, provides $50 Jay C Food Stores gift cards for distribution to less-fortunate people in the area whose applications are approved.
