The Schneck Medical Center board of trustees plans to meet in open session at 7:30 p.m. Monday in the boardroom of the hospital, 411 W. Tipton St., Seymour.

The meeting is open to the public and press.

Trustees also plan to meet in executive session at 7 p.m. that day to discuss and prepare competitive marketing strategies, the purchase or lease of real property and job performance evaluations of individual employees and engage in strategic planning. Executive sessions are closed to the public and press.
