The Southern Indiana Compassionate Friends’ 23rd annual Worldwide Candle Lighting to honor the memory of all children who have died will be at 6:30 p.m. Sunday at Vienna Baptist Church, 11 W. Leota Road, Scottsburg.

The theme will be “That Their Light may Always Shine.”

All parents, grandparents, family members and friends are invited to attend and bring a framed photo of their child or something of remembrance to place on the memory table. They also are asked to bring their TCF votive, but if they don’t have one, one will be provided. A candle also will be provided.

The program will feature poems, music, songs performed by local artists, candle lighting, refreshments and social time. Those attending also are asked to bring a snack to share if possible.
