The Columbus City Band under the direction of Steve McGrew of Seymour will be performing a free concert Sunday at Central Christian Church in Seymour. The concert starts at 2 p.m.

The Columbus City band is comprised of members from all over south central Indiana including many members from Jackson County.

Richard Branaman, band director at Brownstown Central High School, also will be conducting the band on one selection.

The concert will include such Christmas classics as: "Sleepers Awake," by J.S. Bach, "A Christmas Festival," "Bring a Torch Jeanette Issabella", and many other Christmas favorites.
