CROTHERSVILLE

Jerry D. Walker, 68 of Crothersville, IN, passed away at 6:38 PM on Thursday, October 24, 2019 at the Veterans Hospital in Louisville, KY.

Born November 30, 1950 he was the son of Wilbur “Sonny” and Jessie (Disbro) Walker, who are both deceased.

Jerry was graduate of Crothersville High School. He served in the United States Airforce and was a Vietnam Veteran.

Jerry was an active member of the Crothersville VFW post #1083 and a member of the American Legion in Scottsburg, IN. He was a member of Laborer’s Union International of North America Local 741 in Bloomington, IN. Jerry enjoyed watching Notre Dame Football, westerns and meeting his brothers and friends at the VFW.

Survivors include, 1 daughter, Lilah Walker of Anchorage, AK, 1 son, Colby (Necie) Walker of Indianapolis, IN, 2 grandchildren, Loren Davis & Isabelle Davis, 3 siblings, Ralph Walker, Larry Walker and Brenda (Mike) Brown all of Crothersville, IN.

Funeral services at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, October 28, 2019 at Adams Family Funeral Home & Crematory in Crothersville, with burial to follow at Cana Cemetery.

Visitation will be on Sunday from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and after 10:00 a.m. on Monday, all at Adams Family Funeral Home & Crematory in Crothersville.
