The Seymour Rotary Club plans to conduct a charity euchre event at 1 p.m. Nov. 2 at Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie 655, 122 E. Second St., Seymour.

Registration begins at 12:30 p.m. The cost is $20 per player age 18 and older for early bird registration before Sunday or $25 to register at the door. The final round starts at 4:15 p.m., and a consolation round may be played with an additional $10 entry fee.

Cash prizes are $50 to $500 and $25 for most lones in both preliminary and final rounds.

Registration forms are available on the Seymour Rotary, Indiana Facebook page and may be mailed with payment to Girls Inc.-Rotary Euchre, P.O. Box 1242, Seymour, IN 47274.

Proceeds from the tournament will be split between Girls Inc. of Jackson County and Seymour Rotary’s projects, including the "I Like Me" book program that provides books to all county kindergarten students, Rotary youth leadership awards, scholarships and Seymour High School senior athletes and scholars recognition.

Snacks are included in the entry fee. A cash bar will be available.
