SEYMOUR

Mrs. Margaret L. Greene, 62, of Seymour, passed away with her loved ones by her side on Tuesday, October 22, 2019 at IU Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis. She was born in Seymour to the late Isaac T. and Harriet M. (Wienke) Weddle.

A memorial service will be held at Voss & Sons Funeral Service on Friday, October 25 at 6:30 p.m. with Rev. Ben Yee officiating.

Family and friends may call at Voss & Sons Funeral Service on Friday from 5 p.m. until time of service.

On May 10, 1975, she married Terry Lee Greene; he preceded her in death on November 26, 2018.

She attended Central Christian Church of Seymour. Margaret retired after 31 years of service from Valeo of Seymour. She loved her family and was always willing to give life advice freely. She was an excellent cook and enjoyed gardening and knitting.

Margaret is survived by her children, Christopher Lee (Robin) Greene, Marilyn (Matthew) McNealy; grandchildren, Matthew (Trisha) Greene, Austin Greene, Karinda Greene, J.P. Wayt, Harlie English and Christopher Lee James Greene; great-grandchildren, Jayden Greene, Keslynn Greene, Lilah Wayt; siblings, Donald (Pam) Weddle, William (Sonia) Weddle, Dorothy Weddle.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; son, Daniel J. Greene.

Family requests that memorials be designated to Riley Children’s Hospital in memory of Margaret.
