Seymour High School Class of ’99 celebrates 20th year reunion

The Seymour High School Class of 1999 partied like it was 1999 during its 20th year reunion on Aug. 24 at Rails Craft Brew and Eatery in downtown Seymour.

Those attending were class president Kiley Johnson (Bradley) Norris, who organized the reunion, Jessica Miller (Jeremy) Wetzel, Justin (Heather) Clark, Mike (Erica) Terkhorn, Jordan Ude, Josh Richardson, January Wetzel (Anthony) Rutherford, Kristy Reichenbacker (Mark) Tyler, Kate Greemann (Justin) Corey, Karl Hulse, Brandon (Kourtney) Simmons, Rachel Meier Ward, Cori Boas Vaughn, Julie Stephenson, Brandy Hunnicutt Smith, Kellee Knot, Jordan (Lisa) Dailey, Aaron (Holly) Otte, Jennifer Tatlock (Larry) Abner, Phillip (Aimee) Rigsby, Ryan (Brittany) Culbreth, Michelle Campbell (Tim) Hauersperger, Kyle (Katie) Kern, Justin Corne, Ellen Lewis (Adam) Rothstein, Stephanie Montgomery DeBoer, Brad and Stephanie VonDieligen Wilson Bott, Nic Wilson, Matt Winslow, Jeremy (Danielle) Richey, Robert Houston, Amy Auleman Cockerham, Jon (Casey) Wright, Dana Scruggs Christian, Candace Corya (Brandon) Foist, Katie Browning (Greg) Wahlstrom, Jason (April) Robinson, Condell (Casey) McPherson, Chris (Heather) Tiemeier, Chad (Heather) Moritz, Jenny Ray, Angie Hamblen (Bryan) Ramsey, Stephanie Medley (Johnny Martin) and Ashlee Kriete Clark.

The following awards were given out: Longest distance traveled – Kellee Knott of Seattle, Washington; Longest marriage – Kristy and Mark Tyler for 19 years; Newest marriage – Chad and Heather Moritz for one year; Most kids – Chris and Heather Tiemeier for seven kids; youngest baby – Kiley and Bradley Norris with a 19-month-old daughter and Jason and April Robinson with a 2 1/2 year old daughter and Most pets – Julie Stephenson with nine pets.

A table was set up with nine pictures of classmates who have passed away and their names were read by Kiley Norris. They were Laura Culp, Benjy Everhart, John Gaffney, Ryan Johnson, Jared Robinson, Greg Reichenbacker, Don Morris, Adrienne Kieser and Todd Kaufman.
