SEYMOUR

Lucas Gregory Hill, age 26 of Seymour, passed away on Saturday, August 17, 2019 at home. Born August 12, 1993 in Franklin, he was the son of Phillip P. Hill and Christina (Whitson) Hill.

Lucas graduated from Seymour High School in 2013. He was an exceptional uncle to Payton, Kooper, Hamilton, Kaleb and Abel. He enjoyed cooking, working on engines, and fishing.

Survivors include his parents; siblings, Lindzi (Joe) Smith and Tyler (Kasey) Hill both of Seymour; and paternal grandparents, Bode and Carol Hill of Seymour. Lucas also leaves behind his girlfriend of eight years, Sydney Bullard, several aunts, uncles, niece, nephews, and cousins.

Lucas was preceded in death by his brother, Nathaniel Vance “Nate” Hill and maternal grandmother, Connie Runge.

A celebration of life will be held at 4:00 p.m. Sunday, August 25, 2019 at Woodlawn Life Celebration Centre officiated by Pastor Ralph Blomenberg. Friends can visit Sunday from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
