A conservation officer arrested a Seymour man early Sunday after he crashed an off-road vehicle in Morgantown.
Tracy Joe Luckey, 24, of the 1200 block of Shields Avenue, Seymour, was charged with operating while intoxicated after the crash about 3 a.m. on private property in a wooded area near the 7000 block of Bean Blossom Road in Morgantown, according to a news release.
The crash rendered Luckey unconscious, as he was pinned underneath the vehicle after it flipped over. Luckey wasn’t wearing a helmet or other safety equipment, according to the news release.
When Luckey regained consciousness, he refused medical treatment. A conservation officer arrested him and took him to the Brown County Jail. Brown County Sheriff’s deputies and Columbus Regional Medics also also at the scene, according to the release.
