The Schneck Medical Center board of trustees plans to meet in executive session at noon Thursday in the boardroom of the hospital, 411 W. Tipton St., Seymour.

The purpose of the session is for discussion of strategy involving the initiation of litigation or litigation that is pending or that has been threatened; discussion of classified records; discussion of job performance evaluations of employees; and to engage in strategic planning.

Executive sessions are closed to the public and press.
