The Medora Brick Plant and Historical Sites Inc. committee is conducting a benefit for one of its founding members, Lynn Anderson Cowles, who is being treated for breast cancer.

All proceeds from this event will be donated to Lynn for her expenses.

The event will be from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Sept. 28 at the Medora Brick Plant, 8202 W. County Road 425S, Medora.

Picnic-type lunches will be served for a freewill offering. Kiddie games will be free.

Arts and crafts will be available for purchase. Donated items will be auctioned off throughout the event.

Local musicians will be playing throughout the day. People may bring lawn chairs.
