Family and friends of the late Orrill and Dora Gibson met July 14 at Ceraland Park in Columbus for their 70th annual reunion. There were 58 family and friends present.

Greg Gibson called the reunion to order and read the 2018 minutes. Shauni Brown gave the invocation for the noon meal. The group played the Lucky Number Game with several gifts given away.

A marriage recorded was Kathy Gibson and Eric Burke. Births recorded were James Rowan McPherson and Henry Lou Dirksen. Deaths recorded were Sandra Gibson Percifield and Larry Ray Gibson.

Those attending the reunion included Emil Gibson and Greg Gibson of Indianapolis; Ronnie Gibson of Greenfield; Marta Orwig of Corunna; Sharon and Fred Cunningham of Logansport; Jenny Gibson and Renata and Reagen Zelaya of Spencer; and Rhonda, Sid and Oliver Bowman and Linda Heiser, all of Kokomo.

Also attending were Wilma Lee and Gary and Charmella Ping; Kaylaina and Branson Ping; Wyatt and Whitley Ping and Cory Ping; Christy, Brittney and Megan Hilderbrand; Kinsey, Harper, Quinn, Morgan and Doug Clark; Collin, Benjamin, Keagan and Caesar Meranda and Laurea Self; Braylon Monks; Scarlet, Coraline and Mike Walker; Kelsey and Ian Hubbard; Haylee Cain; and Sheila and Murico Ledesma, all of Columbus.

Attending from Medora were Joe and Beth Johnson and Lilly and Cori Bowers; from Brownstown were Norman Gibson, Bill and Bonnie Combs, Joella and Joseph Gallion and Jared and Zoey Pasco; and Kathy and Eric Burke of Vancouver, Washington.
