Schneck Hospital Nutrition Services will present the free program "Cooking for One" from 6 to 7 p.m. Aug. 6 at the Jackson County Public Library, 303 W. Second St., Seymour.

Participants will learn to prepare healthy, easy meals for one person, get tips for prepping and freezing ingredients and see a cooking demonstration.
