Circle of Friends Storytimes set at Brownstown library

Circle of Friends Storytimes have been planned for 3:30 to 4 p.m. Wednesday and at the same time July 24 and 31 and Aug. 14, 21 and 28 at the Brownstown Public Library, 120 E. Spring St.

These programs, which also be from 3:30 to 4 p.m. Sept. 4, 11, 18 and 25 and Oct. 2 and 9, are for children ages 2 to 6.

Each week, children will be introduced to a different theme through a combination of stories, songs, finger plays and crafts.

Children who attend this program should be able to color and use glue sticks independently. A parent or guardian must attend storytime with children under 3 to assist with finger plays and craft projects.

Parents and guardians must remain with all children under 5. If Brownstown Central Community School Corp. closes due to weather, all children’s programming will be canceled.
