The Hayden High School Alumni Association plans to hold its 79th annual homecoming at 1 p.m. June 23 in the air conditioned Hayden Museum Pavilion.

There will be an ice cream social at the end of the program, and people who would like to bring a dessert to share may do so.

The reunion is open anyone who attended Hayden school, but special recognition will be given to members of the anniversary classes of 1944, 1949, 1954, 1959 and students from the class of 1964 who would have graduated from Hayden High School if it hadn’t been consolidated.

The program will consist of the alumni business and announcements; the introduction of Koltan Hauersperger, the 2019 Michael Euler Memorial Award winner; the induction of Tony Farrell and Randall Marshall into the Hayden Hall of Fame; and the introduction of former teachers.

The event is an opportunity for everyone to get together to visit with friends, classmates and teachers. The Hayden Museum buildings will be open throughout the afternoon as another attraction.
