WAYMANSVILLE — A single-vehicle wreck in southwestern Bartholomew County on Saturday afternoon claimed the life of a Freetown man.

The crash occurred at about 3:46 p.m. on County Road 675W, south of Seymour Road near Waymansville.

Terry Von Anderson III was pronounced dead at the scene by Deputy Coroner Charlie Deweese. The cause of death was massive head trauma, according to Bartholomew County Coroner Clayton Nolting.

The crash is being investigated by Bartholomew County Sheriff’s Office.
