Slices and Songs fundraiser set for tonight

Student-musicians in the Seymour High School choirs are putting on their annual Slices and Songs fundraiser today at Harmony Park, 753 W. Second St., Seymour.

The event will feature soloists and small groups from the choirs. Songs will be from a variety of genres and include many audience favorites.

Pizza sales from The Brooklyn Pizza Co. will run from 4 to 9 p.m., and performances will be from 6 to 8 p.m.

There is a minimum $2 donation to enter Harmony Park and hear the student-musicians perform. A percentage of the pizza sales (whether it be takeout, delivery or dine-in) will be given to the choir program. Be sure to mention the SHS choirs when ordering.
