Interstate 65 was closed for about an hour and a half late Wednesday morning as crews worked to clean up a multi-vehicle wreck.
Police were called to the 58.5 mile marker of Interstate 65 at 11:25 a.m. after a wreck involving a truck, SUV and passenger car.
Traffic was blocked from entering northbound Interstate 65 at the Jonesville exit, and traffic was at a standstill behind the scene of the wreck.
One of the vehicles was in flames, and police said a person was trapped in a vehicle. At least one injury was reported, and multiple ambulances responded.
No other details about who was involved in the wreck or what caused the accident were available late Wednesday afternoon.
