SEYMOUR

Mr. Tracy Bullard, 52, of Seymour, passed away on Wednesday, December 19, 2018. He was born in 1966 in Seymour to the late William Allen and Bonnie Lee Bullard.

Funeral services will be conducted by Voss & Sons Funeral Service at The Point (311 Myers St., Seymour) on Saturday, December 22 at 5 pm with Pastor Steve Green officiating.

Family and friends may call at The Point on Saturday from 12 Noon until time of service.

He received his Bachelors degree at Indiana Wesleyan. The Boys and Girls Club was near and dear to his heart; he served 20 years on the Board of Directors and was always donating and giving as much as he could to the kids. He was awarded the National Service to Youth Award from Boys and Girls Club of America. Football was a big part of Tracy’s life. He was an All State, All Conference Player and received the Indiana All Star Game MVP. He was the founding president of SAYFL (Seymour Area Youth Football League) and part of the Seymour Coaching staff. Tracy’s faith was always very important to him and a big part of his day to day life. He was a past Congregational President at Central Christian where he also served as Elder for 15 years and on many different committees. For the past several years, he was deep in his faith at The Point in Seymour. The EMMAUS Community changed his life. All in all, he was a great face with in the Seymour community. He had the biggest heart for his town and was known for doing as much as he could to help out. He touched many lives and hearts of those within the community and will be deeply missed.

He is survived by wife, Amy Bullard; children, Ellen Tracy Bullard, Brenna Bechelli and Brett Bechelli; siblings, Mike (Barb) Bullard, William Bullard, Shannon (Susie) Bullard and Michelle Bullard; nieces, Casey (Condell) McPherson, Whitney (Matthew) Trimnell, Chelsea Bullard, Jordan Sawyer, Mackenzie (Jared) Clark, Sydney Bullard and Taylor Bullard; and great nieces and nephews, Alexa McPherson, Ben McPherson, Brodey Sawyer and Raeleigh Sawyer.

He is preceded in death by his parents.
