AUSTIN

Terry Lynn Keith, 61, of Austin, Indiana passed away Tuesday, December 11, 2018 at St. Vincent Heart Center in Indianapolis, Indiana

Born May 26, 1957 in Scott County, IN, he was the son of the late Robert and Jeannette (Carson) Keith.

Terry was the Co Founder of Burris Electric in Austin, Indiana in 1978. He served on the Scott County District 1 School Board for 8 years and coached Austin Little league for several years. He was a 1975 Graduate of Scottsburg High School.

He loved working and talking with customers, and spending time with his kids and grandkids, He had a love of sports, especially Indiana Hoosiers, Chicago Cubs, and Indiana Pacers. Terry also loved driving his Corvette and tractor and going to his kids sporting events and programs. He loved to play golf with his sons and grandsons and he loved his cat (Stupid). He always looked forward to vacations with Glenda.

Survivors include sons: Darrin (Elizabeth) Keith, Seymour, Indiana and Dustin (Beth Ann) Keith, Austin, Indiana, Companion: Glenda Henry of 26 years and her son Dave Henry, Austin, Indiana, Brothers: Bobby Keith, Osgood, Indiana and Timmy (Missy) Keith, Osgood, Indiana, Sisters: Peggy (Raymond) Benham, Osgood, Indiana, Janet (Sam) Holland, Louisville, Kentucky, Shannon (Matt) Jancich, Valparaiso, IN, and Kathy Middleton-Carroll, Osgood, Indiana.

He is also survived by 4 grandchildren, Madison, Landon, and Brady Keith, and Grayson Henry.

Funeral Service: 11:00 a.m. Monday, December 17, 2018 at Buchanan Funeral Home in Austin, Indiana with Rev. James Blackburn officiating. Visitation will be 2 to 7 p.m. Sunday and after 9 a.m. Monday at Buchanan Funeral Home. Burial will be at New Providence Cemetery in Austin, Indiana.
