Owls edge Cubs for HHC win

MADISON — Seymour used a strong fourth quarter effort to beat Madison 46-45 Saturday.

The Owls trailed 38-29 before outscoring the Cubs 17-7 in the final eight minutes of play.

Senior Makenna Fee scored 12 points in the fourth, and led the Owls with 20 points. Grace Meyer added 12 points and Ashton Chase had nine.

The Owls (6-5, 2-2 Hoosier Hills Conference) will host Columbus North Tuesday.
