Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 1083 invites the public to a pair of upcoming events at the post, 105 W. Main St., Crothersville.

At noon Dec. 9, a Christmas dinner will be served. The cost is $6.

Then from 8 p.m. to midnight Dec. 15, a free Christmas dance will be conducted with music provided by Southern Comfort.
