Jack Eugene Shumaker, 72, of North Vernon died Saturday, Nov. 17, 2018, in North Vernon.

The funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Dove-Sharp & Rudicel Funeral Home.

Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until time of service.
