The First United Methodist Church women will sponsor their 17th annual Christmas bazaar from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Oct. 27 at the church, 201 E. Third St., Seymour.

Exhibitors from surrounding areas will be displaying their merchandise.

Items to browse through will include clothing, crocheted and knitted items, Christmas decorations, crafts of all kinds, jewelry, purses, hair bows, embroidered items and candy and cookies, just to name a few.

Lunch, baked goods, candies, coffee and soft drinks will be available throughout the day.

A silent auction will be going on with items including Cincinnati Reds tickets, gift certificates to local restaurants and businesses and more.

Proceeds go to local mission agencies and United Methodist mission groups.
