Crothersville has set its pickup dates for large trash items.

It’s Tuesday for the area south of Howard Street and east of the railroad tracks, Oct. 16 for north of Howard Street and east of the railroad tracks and Oct. 23 for west of the railroad tracks.

Rumpke will not pick up televisions, computers, batteries, liquids of any kind, construction materials, paint, lumber greater than 4 feet long, carpet greater than 4 feet long, tires and items containing Freon. Mattresses will only be picked up if they are wrapped in plastic.
