Southern Indiana Flying Eagles will be sponsoring the fifth annual Hoosier Scale Classic Aug. 3-5 at the RC Flying Field at Freeman Municipal Airport in Seymour.

The public is invited to the field to see these wonderful replicas of full-size aircraft complete.

There will be raffles, prizes, concessions available for purchase and restrooms available. The event is free to the public.

Static judging will be from noon until 4 p.m. Friday, while competition flying will be from 10 a.m to 4 p.m. Saturday and 10 a.m. to noon on Sunday.

The public will have the opportunity to talk with the pilots and club members.

The club’s flying field is in the 1200 block of North A Avenue off the Airport Road entrance to Freeman Field. Follow the signs and balloons to the field.
