Jackson County REMC will conduct its 80th annual meeting July 19 at the Jackson County Fairgrounds in Brownstown.

Member registration will be from 5:30 to 7:45 p.m. with members receiving an 80th anniversary mug and folding chair with bag included.

Free hand-dipped ice cream will be served starting at 5:30 p.m. with musical entertainment beginning at 5:45 p.m. The Silly Safari children’s program will start at 7:30 p.m.

The annual business meeting will begin at 7:30 p.m. with the drawing for door prizes to be done after the business meeting. You must be present to win.
