
The Jackson Board of Zoning Appeals will meet at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Jackson County Courthouse Annex, 220 E. Walnut St., Brownstown.
The board will discuss Douglas Young’s application for a variance for a mobile home in Medora that already has been placed on the parcel without the issuance of a building permit and where a principle structure already exists.
Members also will discuss Dwight and Beverley Dewitt’s application for a variance to replace an existing mobile home in Brownstown with one that is over the 15-year-old maximum age requirement.
The board also will receive a building inspector update.
The meeting is open to the public and press.
