The Jackson County Public Library presents Libraries Rock!, this year’s summer learning program that starts Friday and runs through July 31 at the Seymour, Crothersville and Medora libraries and on the Discovery Bus.

The summer learning program is free and open to all ages, newborn through adult.

Participants may sign up online at home or at the library at links.myjclibrary.org/summerreading or myjclibrary.org.

Participants complete boxes with six learning goals. Three of the goals are reading books, and three of the goals are literacy-related activities designed to encourage participants to connect, learn and grow. Complete any three of these goals to receive one prize entry slip. Complete all six goals and receive two prize entry slips. Entry slips are used to enter for grand prizes.

The summer learning program is made possible through financial donations from several local sponsors.
