The Jackson County History Center will sell pork burgers beginning at 11 a.m. Saturday in front of the livery barn at the center, 105 N. Sugar St., Brownstown.

Pork burgers are $4, and drinks are $1.

Chances to win a barbecue grill also will be available. The cost is $1 for one ticket, $5 for six tickets, $10 for 12 tickets or $20 for 25 tickets.

If you can’t make it to Saturday’s event, tickets may be purchased at the genealogy library from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Mondays, Tuesdays or Fridays or from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Thursdays.

The grill, donated by Luecke Audio Video Appliances and Steve Silver of RE/MAX Professionals, will be given away in June.
