The Jackson County Public Library will recognize the contributions of George Lucas and the “Star Wars” franchise to popular culture by celebrating May the Fourth Be With You on Friday at the Seymour, Crothersville and Medora libraries.

There will be a free drop-in craft and coloring sheets available while supplies last.

The Seymour Library will conduct a Jedi Training Academy in the Kidz program room for children of all ages. Come dressed as a favorite “Star Wars” character and participate any time between 3:30 and 5:30 p.m.
