Lowell and Rosalyn Wessel of Brownstown will celebrate their 65th wedding anniversary with an open house given by the family from 2 to 5 p.m. May 6 at St. Paul Lutheran Church Wegan parish hall.

Lowell and the former Rosalyn Stuckwish were married May 6, 1953, at Trinity Lutheran Church by the Rev. Mueller.

They have two daughters, Patricia (Roger) Wischmeier and Tammy (Dave) Martindale; five grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.

Lowell is retired from REMC. Rosalyn is a retired housewife.

All friends and relatives are invited. No gifts are requested. Just come and help celebrate.
