The Freetown Improvement Association plans to conduct a meeting at 7 p.m. Thursday at Freetown Church of Christ, 7077 N. State Road 135.

The bake sale scheduled for May 12 that will benefit the streetlight fund will be discussed.

Anyone who hasn’t paid their streetlight bill can send $40 to Janet Smith, 7246 N. State Road 135, Freetown, IN 47235 or pay it at Sharon’s Nu-Image, 6782 N. Maple St., Freetown.
