World War II author to speak during writers’ club meeting

Author James Lee Hutchinson plans to speak to the Spilling Ink Writers’ Group at 2 p.m. April 14 in the meeting room at the Jackson County Public Library, 303 W. Second St., Seymour.

The Bedford resident is the author of five books about World War II experiences — his own and those of his buddies.

The program is open to the public, and anyone interested in writing personal experiences or World War II is welcome to attend.

Registration is not required for this free program, which is open to all ages.

Published author and library information services assistant Kathi Linz leads the group, which meets on a mid-month Saturday each month.
