The Brownstown Central Community School Corp. board of trustees will meet at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday in the cafeteria at Brownstown Central High School, 500 N. Elm St.

Agenda items include approval to award the high school exterior improvements contract; approval of the summer school calendar, Joint Services agreement and vocational agreement; first or second readings of three policies; presentations by the Jackson County Maverick Challenge winners and the high school’s new Fellowship of Christian Athletes chapter; principal reports; and honoring the Students of the Month.

The meeting along with a work session at 6 p.m. are open to the public and press.

An executive session at 7 p.m., however, is closed to the public and press. The purpose of that meeting is to receive information about prospective employees and discuss individuals over whom the governing body has jurisdiction.
