Members of Theta Omega Chapter, Phi Beta Psi sorority, recently had its February social at Larrison’s Diner.

Those attending were asked to wear something red in honor of Founder’s Day. The national sorority was founded Feb. 15, 1904, in Columbus, Ohio

Hostesses were Tracey Phillips, Kathleen Johnson and Doris Baurle. Seventeen members attended and ordered from a special menu.

Table games were played and winners were Janet Cooper, Mary Reynolds and Angi Reynolds.

A Founder’s Day ceremony and tribute will be at 7 p.m. Feb. 19 during the business meeting at the Community Foundation building of Jackson County. All members are urged to be present.

There will be a report given on the recent cancer dinner/dance, where Bailey Lewis was named queen.
