The Purdue Club of Jackson County will have its annual dinner and scholarship auction Feb. 22 at Celebrations, 357 Tanger Blvd., Suite 101., at Shops at Seymour.

The special guest speaker will be Purdue graduate Colby Huffman, a men’s golf assistant coach at Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis, 2012 PGA Teacher of the Year and a four-year member of the Purdue golf team.

Social hour will begin at 6 p.m., and the meal will be served at 6:30 p.m. There will be silent and live auction items and raffles.

Tickets can be purchased from any Purdue Club board member or online at eventbrite.com. The cost is $20 each or guests can reserve a table of eight for $135.

All money raised from the event will go to scholarships to support Jackson County students from all five high schools planning to attend Purdue University.
