SEYMOUR

Carolyn L. Staley, 72, of Seymour, passed away on Monday, January 15, 2018 at home with her family by her side. Born July 28, 1945, in Seymour, she was the daughter of Edwin and Lydia (Waggoner) Stuckwisch.

Carolyn was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church. She enjoyed making ceramics and taking care of her grandchildren.

She is survived by her children, Edwin (Christine) Staley, Troy Staley and Stacey Staley; grandchildren, Jacob, Chasity, Savannah, Andrea, Nicholas, and Grace; great-grandchildren, Keira, Luna, Tristen, Eddie, Berfilia and Jordan; brother, Ervin Stuckwisch; and sister, Gertrude Sutton.

She was preceded in death by her parents, sisters, Mildred Lynch, Matilda Bode and Barbara Williams; and brothers, Kenneth Stuckwisch, James Stuckwisch and Marvin Stuckwisch.

Funeral services will be held at Voss & Sons Funeral Service on Thursday, January 18 at 11 am with Rev. Ralph Blomenberg officiating. Burial will follow at Immanuel Lutheran Cemetery.

Family and friends may call at Voss & Sons Funeral Service on Wednesday from 4-8 pm and on Thursday from 10 am until time of service.
