The executive committee of Schneck Medical Center’s board of trustees plans to meet at noon Wednesday in the boardroom of the hospital, 411 W. Tipton St., Seymour.

The purpose of the meeting — closed to the public and press — is to allow for discussion of strategy concerning the initiation of litigation or pending litigation that has been threatened specifically in writing, records classified as confidential by state or federal statute and the job performance of individual employees.

The committee also plans to discuss and prepare competitive marketing strategies.
