More than 40 voices accompanied by 26 instrumentalists will present a Christmas cantata Sunday at Immanuel Lutheran Church, 605 S. Walnut St., Seymour.

Brass, woodwinds, strings, harp and percussion will provide music to support the message of “Sing Joy to All the World!” written by Lloyd Larson.

The cantata will be presented at the 9 and 11:15 a.m. services at the church. It is free and open to the public.

The 9 a.m. service will be broadcast live on AM 1390.

Paul Scheiderer will direct the choirs and conduct the orchestra.
