The Kentuckiana Bluegrass Music & Gospel Shows plan to remember the late Tony Voss with a headstone dedication at 3 p.m. Sunday at White’s Chapel Cemetery west of Seymour.

The public is invited to attend the ceremony for Voss, who was a gospel singer for more than 30 years. He sang with the Patriots, A New Creation, Destiny and Healing Waters.

Voss, who died Oct. 15, 2014, at the age of 62, lived in Taylorsville but grew up in Brownstown. He graduated from Brownstown Central High School in 1970 and was retired from Valeo in Seymour after 30 years.

All fellow musicians, friends and the public are invited to attend this tribute.

The headstone features a carved and embossed replica of Voss’ guitar and a ceramic photo of Voss and his CD “Just Tony” on either side of the neck of the guitar.

Copies of Voss’ CD will be available during the event at the cemetery on Base Road, which is about three miles north of State Road 258 west of Cortland.
