Pine Ridge Extension Homemakers met Nov. 28 at Carolyn Krieger’s home.

President Mary Ann Seaney presided at the business meeting, during which plans were made for the club’s Christmas party, which will be at 1 p.m. Dec. 19 at Stahl’s Cafe and Deli in Ewing. Members are to reveal secret pals in Christmas cards and bring a donation for Community Provisions of Jackson County.

The hostess served chocolate cake, mixed nuts and drinks while members watched “Jeopardy!” on which a Seymour woman was appearing.

Margaret Yeager received the hostess prize.
